Spinal Trap:

Back 2 Good  (STB2G)

LEARN ABOUT THE MANY SAFE,

NATURAL, LOW-COST,

FAST-ACTING, EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS

THAT I USE FOR A REDUCTION OF AND IN SOME SITUATIONS, BETTER RELIEF OF:

disabling severe chronic pain

in my Cervical and Lumbar Spines and Shoulder,

 anxiety, depression,

insomnia, spinal cord pain, muscle pain,

arthritis pain, a rotator cuff tear, bursitis,

brachial neuritis

& neuropathic pain such as sciatica!*

Like all who walk in these shoes,

I was alive without living

thanks to zero quality of life

from all of these chronic conditions** AND the

numerous side effects of prescription drugs commonly given for these deeply painful diagnoses.

Thanks to God, His herbs, and

music meditation,

I got Back 2 Good as naturally as I could by going herbal daily beginning in early 2012.

Doing so allowed me to eliminate 3 of my prescription drugs entirely and vastly reduce usage of the other 7!

What a health victory,

physically and spiritually!

Thanks to reading a Tyndale Life Application Study Bible (NLT) in 2015, I got Back 2 God to heal spiritually in a way that  I had never been prior, because you can't know what you don't know; and until I finally knew Almighty God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit personally thanks to Dr. Charles Stanley (In Touch Ministries) and then reading the whole Bible,

I didn't realize that God had let me become physically disabled because I was already spiritually disabled.

If you are alive without living thanks to

any or all of these physically and/or spiritually disabling health conditions

& their mood and mind-altering Rx's,

I created Spinal Trap so that

YOU TOO CAN GET Back 2 Good!

Don't have a lot of money or

health insurance?

All the more reason to learn about the              MANY COMMON LOW COST*

herbs, vitamins, and supplements!

Be Grateful, Be Well

GOD

The Bible can be a very intimidating read at times due to our sins and our wrongful perceptions of what verses actually mean.  This  exacerbates unnecessary fear and negativity; however, it does not have to be this way.

If you want to truly understand the Bible accurately, my best suggestion is to find a Tyndale Life Application Study Bible such as the one I have pictured on my "Recommended Reading" page. It made all of the difference in me succeeding in reading it for the first time ever after previous failed attempts!

New they run $40-$100 each if you get all of the bells and whistles such as your name engraved and gold tabs separating each book; but I got one used in terrific condition for only $13 at Half Price Books after a 20% off coupon was applied.

http://www.spinaltrapb2g.com/recommended_reading

Please don't be intimidated over misinterpretations when you can enjoy easy to understand explanations of verses in these awesome Bibles!

My other best suggestion is to watch the 3 ministers and 1 Bible teacher listed below even if you go to church; and especially if you do not and/or can't get out to go to church due to health challenges.

I was so inspired and surprised by all that I read in the Bible that I wrote a book to inspire others to read it too so that they may enjoy true and lasting healing, joy and peace that only belief in and love for the one true GOD can bring!

Its name is:

"GOD & The Many Things in The Bible

That Surprised Me"

I began this book in 2015 after finishing the whole Bible for the first time.  However, due to living with severe chronic pain in multiple areas and resulting health challenges, I have not yet been able to finish it, but I will because it is my true life purpose, and I can't wait!

My 3 Favorite TV Ministers &

1 Bible Teacher

Dr. Charles Stanley is a Baptist preacher out of Georgia who runs In Touch Ministries and does an outstanding job teaching the Bible in profound, clear and meaningful ways for which I am grateful to him.  He is the first pastor to ever make me want to truly know God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, and then proceed to help me do so with simple easy to understand teachings.

http://www.intouch.org/

Dr. David Jeremiah is an awesome preacher of God's Holy Bible that makes topics that previously scared me, less fearful.      I found the Book of Revelation to be extremely overwhelming, until I saw Dr. Jeremiah's series on it.  It's still more than I think we can truly process, but thanks to him, it no longer scares me.

https://www.davidjeremiah.org/

Dr. Robert Jeffress is pastor of a huge church in Dallas, Texas that I came across on TV in July 2022.  I find him a fascinating mix that is both light-hearted, and when need be, tough love!    Be sure to check him out as well!

https://ptv.org/

Joyce Meyer is a self-taught teacher of God's Holy Word and runs conferences around the world to help everyone know Christ and why they must seek Him to be saved, and healed through Joyce Meyer Ministries.

I admire her immensely for proving that God does heal you

if you truly seek Him.

She teaches by using her childhood sexual abuse

at the hands of her father to share her walk with God

and the mistakes she made along the way.

Like me, she is a straight talker that tells it like it is

and I respect her deeply for that, and for the forgiveness she learned to have for her parents, and teaches so very well.

Rejoice with Joyce in God and you will feel better instantly!

Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ

who strengthens me."

When I have a particularly bad pain day,

I say this to myself as much as it takes for me to get in peace.

What works for one doesn't work for all.

If this passage doesn't fill you with peace,

please take the time to flip through your Bible

and read until you find one that does.

Jesus speaking:

Matthew 7:8 “…Everyone who seeks, finds. And the door is opened to everyone who knocks.”

Nothing will lead you to God faster than the fear of paralysis due to a spinal cord injury.

I had never read the Bible and decided in late 2009, while waiting for my spinal surgery, to do so.

I started with the Old Testament.  It was very dark and depressing to me; I don't remember how many pages I read, but I do know it wasn't many before I stopped since I was already suffering great depression due to my injury circumstances and its  unrelenting severe pain.

What I know now, is that thanks to going herbal so successfully since early 2012, to manage pain and pain induced depression, anxiety and insomnia, is that I was  projecting my own negativity and depression, on my bible reading.

I read Genesis in full, while in a horrible severe lumbar pain flare up in  2015 for which I did have to take pain pills again but thanks to all of my herbs and natural supplements, I did not have to take as many and thus, despite horrid debilitating pain, I was no longer dark and depressed.

As a result of having control of my mood and mind again, I didn't find the Bible dark or depressing as I did when under the awful influence of hideous Rx's like Codeine, Flexeril and Neurontin, all of which are HIDEOUS mood and mind-altering Rx's.

I was raised Catholic so I've always believed in Him, I just never understood Him or tried to have a relationship with Him as I finally have come to.  I no longer consider myself a Catholic, but I am a Christian.

Sidebar: I discuss why at length in Chapter 10 of the book I started in 2015 about the Bible, and am still working on as of 2023.  Disabling health conditions will delay your goal's but they don't have to equal defeat!

I, like a billion others, didn't understand how God could let me suffer so.

It's taken a lot of thought, prayer, faith and revelations from Him but I finally understood in 2011 that He did not let me suffer for nothing.

That is the year that I conceived the idea for Spinal Trap: Back 2 Good.

He gave me the gifts of gab, compassion, tenacity, curiosity and the love of reading; these traits all resulted in me learning and getting myself back 2 good by His grace.

I knew that I had learned far too much to not make the rest of my life about sharing this victory with others so that they too may turn to Him and enjoy the same blessing of healing.

My mother chose my name "Grace" from the Holy Bible teaching of how we are saved for eternal life by God's grace through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ as the only true Lord and Savior, because she had gallbladder issues the last 10 weeks of her pregnancy with me.

The dr. said that if they had to operate, she'd lose me and her life too would be at risk.

(This was 1967.)

She declined the surgery; opted for prayers instead and by God's grace, we are both still here.  She showed Holy God her gratitude for His saving both of us, when naming me.

My attitude of gratitude came when I was thinking about how I wish I could undo my life altering injuries and chronic pain.

I realized that we all have a cross to bear and began thinking about those whose crosses are/were having ALS, MS, brain injuries, babies born with birth defects, children who get cancer, etc...and suddenly, I realized that despite a flattened spinal cord and other severe life altering damage that left me with chronic pain and its vast limitations, I wouldn't change places with anyone because like it or not, I had learned to deal with it.

In order

to heal,

you have

to learn

to deal

with your

challenge(s).

This site is my gift to the many who need its honest, humorous, sometimes humble and tactful, sometimes blunt and impactful details, in order to find help, hope and healing.

God Luck,

and that's not a typo.

Be Grateful, Be Well

Prior to reading the Bible, I was already a Certified Holistic Life Coach and a Certified Professional Life Coach.

Once I saw and felt the Bible's transformation to my spiritual health, I decided to become the most important coach of all, a God Coach!

If you want to enjoy the most peace that you can know, even during the midst of your fiery trials, read the Bible!

Per the Wikipedia page "2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami" the 15 countries I've listed below were impacted.

You can find the graph for confirmed and estimated deaths, injuries, missing and displaced (fairly far down the page) Here is its link:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_Indian_Ocean_earthquake_and_tsunami

The stats that I've listed below are all copied directly from each country's respective Wikipedia page for "Religion in ..." and the country's name appears thereafter; with exception to the very last data about Madagascar.

Its data comes from the Wikipedia page "Demographics of Madagascar" because there was no specific "Religion in Madagascar" page.

However, the Demo page covers it and when you read what they do with the dead, you will need to read it again to be sure that you just read what it actually says!  WOW.

Please note that the Religion in Tanzania Wikipedia page states:

"Current statistics on religion in Tanzania are unavailable because religious surveys have been eliminated from government census reports since 1967."
Thus, although it lists Christianity as being practiced by 2/3 of the population, this claim is negated by the next sentence that appears after it, which states:

"Religious leaders and sociologists estimate that Muslim and Christian communities are approximately equal in size, each accounting for 30 to 40 percent of the population, with the remainder consisting of practitioners of other world faiths, practitioners of indigenous religions, and people of no religion.[2]"

These stats are contradictory and untrustworthy.

Religion

Further information: Malagasy mythology

See also: Christianity in Madagascar, Islam in Madagascar, Hinduism in Madagascar, and Bahá'í Faith in Madagascar

About half the population of Madagascar practices traditional religions, which tend to emphasize links between the living and the dead.

They believe that the dead join their ancestors in the ranks of divinity and that ancestors are intensely concerned with the fate of their living descendants.

This spiritual communion is celebrated by the Merina and Betsileo reburial practice of famadihana, or "turning over the dead."

In this ritual, relatives' remains are removed from the family tomb, rewrapped in new silk shrouds, and returned to the tomb following festive ceremonies in their honor.

In the festivities, they eat, drink, and literally dance with the dead. After one or two days of celebrating, they shower the body with gifts and re-bury it.

About 41% of the Malagasy are Christian.

They are divided almost evenly between Roman Catholic and Protestant, but there are also Orthodox Christians.

Many incorporate the cult of the dead with their other religious beliefs and bless their dead at church before proceeding with the traditional burial rites.

They also may invite a pastor to attend a famadihana.

A historical rivalry exists between the predominantly Catholic masses, considered to be underprivileged, and the predominantly Protestant Merina aristocrats, who tend to prevail in the civil service, business, and professions.

Followers of Islam constitute approximately 7 percent of the population. They are mostly concentrated in the north, northwest, and southeast.[4]

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has more than 8,000 members in 33 congregations in Madagascar.[5]
